Personal.

Producing compelling images that communicate a narrative are a fundamental part of Jarrad’s creative practice. Below are images and series that have been specifically created for exhibition or display purposes. These works not only showcase his artistic vision but also represent an ongoing learning process, where he continually acquires new skills and techniques to further expand his artistic repertoire.

The Night the Silver Alien Girl Landed (2023)

A series drawing inspiration from retro science fiction cinema with body building poses to subvert themes of desirability and femininity.

Human Resources (2019)

A series exploring the feelings of loss of identity within the workforce, and the fight for individuality within a society that reduces you to a number in the system. Photography, direction, casting, styling by Jarrad Levy.

Vanity of Vanities (2018)

Created in response to the devastation of the 1966 Arno River flood, responsible for destroying millions of timeless works of art and rare books. This piece was created as a part of the Propel Youth Arts Mentorship program in partnership with the Art Gallery of WA, where young artists had to create a work in response to the Corsini Collection, an exhibition of the Corsini Family’s private collection.
